F9 Error Code Troubleshooting

When you see the F9 error message, it indicates an issue with the discharge fan motor. This is usually caused by strong winds spinning the fan in the opposite direction or other issues with the fan motor.

To resolve this issue, you should first check that there are no physical obstructions impeding the fan’s rotation. Next, switch off the power either at the main switchboard or the circuit breaker for approximately 45~60 minutes to reset the F9 error message.

The Standard Service Call out fee is $300 plus parts and labour (charged per hour in 15 min blocks). Extra travel charges may apply for regional areas.
