Supreme Heating – ‘Beat the Rush – Free Install’ Solar Promotion

Terms & Conditions (Victoria Only)

1. Promotion Period

This promotion is valid from 1 July 2025 until 12 August 2025.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residential customers located in Victoria, Australia.

• Applicable only to new enquiries and bookings for solar pool heating made during the promotion period.

• Commercial projects and properties located outside Victoria are excluded.

• Not available to trade customers.

• System must be purchased directly from Supreme Heating – not via resellers, agents, or third parties.

• For existing pool intalls only.

3. Offer Inclusions

• $50 Fully Refundable Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to secure your place in the promotion. It is fully refundable if you choose not to proceed before accepting the final quote.

• Book Now, Pay Later: Lock in a no-obligation quote with no upfront commitment beyond the $50 deposit.

• Free Installation: Installation costs will be waived for the first 50 confirmed bookings.

• Remote Roof Assessment: Supreme Heating will assess your property using Nearmap or equivalent aerial imaging. No site visit is required.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

• The $50 deposit has been received; and

• The customer has received a formal written quote from Supreme Heating.

5. Deposit Refund Conditions

The $50 deposit will be refunded in full if:

• The customer provides written notice of their decision not to proceed before accepting the final quote; or

• Supreme Heating determines the property is unsuitable for solar installation.

6. Free Installation Conditions

• Applies only to standard residential solar pool heating installations.

• Additional costs may apply for non-standard requirements such as complex roof access, electrical upgrades, or specialised fittings.

• Any additional costs will be clearly stated in the quote.

• Free installation is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

7. Quote Validity

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue or until the $50 deposit is paid – whichever comes first.

• To remain eligible for free installation, the customer must proceed with installation within 90 days of accepting the quote.

8. General Conditions

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

• Supreme Heating reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

10. Australian Consumer Law Notice

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Supreme Heating will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay (including consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with this promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the ACL.
