1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older, who attend the Splash Pool & Spa Trade Expo on August 21-22, 2024, and receive and register a promotional fridge magnet from the Supreme Heating stall. Employees of Supreme Heating, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: Visit the Supreme Heating stall during the Splash Pool & Spa Trade Expo and receive a free fridge magnet with a unique number. Ensure the fridge magnet is registered on the Supreme Heating registration form ensuring your name and contact details are linked with the fridge magnet number on the fridge magnet you receive. Retain this magnet to be eligible for the prize draw. Limit of one magnet per person.
3. Prize: One (1) Supreme Heating Heat Pump valued at $9,000 AUD. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Number Of entries: The competition is limited to 500 entries and one (1) entry per person.
5. Winner Selection: A random draw will be conducted by Supreme Heating within 7 days after the conclusion of the expo. The winner will be determined by randomly selecting one number corresponding to the distributed magnets.
6. Notification: The winning number will be announced on Supreme Heating’s website and social media channels within 7 days of the draw. Supreme Heating will also attempt to contact the winner via email or phone number with the registration details provided at the expo. In the event contact cannot be made, the winner must contact Supreme Heating within 30 days of the announcement to claim their prize.
7. Verification: The winner must provide proof of identity and the winning magnet to claim the prize. Supreme Heating reserves the right to conduct verification checks to ensure the integrity of the competition.
8. Unclaimed Prize: If the prize remains unclaimed after 60 days from the announcement, a redraw will be conducted.
9. Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion and will be handled in accordance with Supreme Heating’s privacy policy and applicable privacy laws.
10. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the promotion without additional compensation.
11. Liability: Supreme Heating is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. To the extent permitted by law, Supreme Heating is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this promotion or the use of the prize.
12. Modification: Supreme Heating reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
13. Governing Law: This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
